A London cleaning company for Airbnb hosts, landlords and businesses.
Exotic Cleaning Investments Ltd is a London-based cleaning company. We specialise in Airbnb and short-let turnovers, and also clean offices and carry out specialist work such as carpet, upholstery and after-builders cleaning.
Short-let cleaning is different from a normal domestic clean. Guests check out and new guests arrive the same day, linen has to be changed, toiletries restocked and the property left exactly as it looks in the listing photos. That is the work we are set up for — including linen hire, key handling, restocking and same-day express turnovers.
We publish our prices so you know the cost before you get in touch, and every price includes VAT with no hidden fees.
Call or WhatsApp us with your property size and the service you need. We'll confirm a fixed price from our price list.
